TAXIDERMY

• Crating, shipping, repair, form modification to fit short capes, skinning, and the replacement of capes, skins, and outside tanning is extra.

• ALL Tanning is at the risk of the customer. T5 is not responsible or liable for any damages or loss that may result from tanning.

• The customer agrees to pay the balance due and pick up the mount within 7 days of notification of completion. After 7days, a $10.00 per day storage fee may apply. If the mount is not paid for and picked up within 60 days of notice of completion, all monies and mount will be forfeited and the mount will be sold or disposed of.

• Turney 5ive LLC does not guarantee delivery dates but does try to honor a 12-month turnaround time.

• Turney 5ive LLC will not be responsible or liable for theft, flood, vandalism, hair slippage, or any other loss or damage.

• The customer agrees to pay for any cost of expense including any and all legal expenditures, collection enforcement costs, or any other costs associated with a customer’s work specimen. Extra costs could incur for mishandled specimens.

• There is a $500.00 fee for any third-party involvement plus other fees and costs. Return check fee is $25.00 or three (3) times the amount of the check, whichever is greater plus charges allowable under State and Federal law. The decision and decision of the taxidermist is binding and absolute and shall apply in any situation in any disagreements or conflicts, and fee assessment.

• NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. Unsatisfactory customer performance may be reported and listed with credit bureaus, data banks, and collection agencies and additional actions may be taken.

• Extra Charges Include but are not limited to Freeze Dry Velvet deer antlers $250, Brisket split $25, Long incision $55, Excessive holes $25/each 

Re-cape deer mount adds $65 Plus the cost of a cape, using antlers with dried hide on the shoulder mount adds $35. 

PROCESSING

• The customer agrees to pay the balance due and pick up within 7 days of notification of completion. After 10 days, a $5.00 per day storage fee may apply. Processing not paid for and picked up within 30 days of notice of completion will be donated to a worthy cause and all monies and meat will be forfeited

• An approximate 30% yield is expected on the dressed weight of the wild game if there is no trauma or damage.

• Prices are subject to change due to fluctuation of supplies and market instability.

• All prices are calculated by green weight and yield may alter.
